Today the company is looking for new and innovative solutions in the field of robotic medical rehabilitation, which are already on the market. The effectiveness of robotic medical rehabilitation devices must be confirmed by appropriate tests. The level of technical, production and market readiness (TRL, MRL, CRL) must be at least level 9. The technology must be registered with intellectual property.
The Russian company is looking for foreign manufacturers of robotic medical rehabilitation equipment for commercialization in Russia as part of a joint venture agreement. As part of this agreement with a foreign partner, a joint company will be established in Russia. The foreign partner will join the founders and management staff of the newly created company in Russia and transfer all its intellectual property. And together with the key team will come to Russia to participate in the business and production processes of the new company. The Russian company will provide large orders and will participate in all business processes in the newly created company.
