The company is currently looking for a fully developed solution that could be integrated into their production line. A Lithuanian processed food producer with over 20 years of experience in frozen processed food products production. The company produces: dumplings, pizzas, pancakes, pasties and various other products made from curd or potatoes.
The company is planning to release new products into the market. They are made from dough with minimal amount of gluten or completely gluten free. Using the usual technology, the dough tears and disassembles when it is rolled out and formed to a dumpling. Current technology is performing well, however it's modification is based on the use of gluten dough, which allows better bonding between two pieces of dough. The company is looking for existing equipment with already tested recipes that could be implemented into production line.
With this new technology, company is aiming to strengthen their position in the market. Therefore company is looking for a partner to work under the commercial agreement with technical assistance.
