A French garlic farmer is looking for a technical cooperation agreement and a manufacturing agreement with a Japanese partner that would provide its expertise on the ‘black allium’ production method and on the related requested equipment.
The French producer has experience in the field of ‘Allium Sativum’. In order to offer its French clients with a focus on the market of French Chefs ‘Black Allium’ with local varieties.
The French producer has been undertaking R&D for the production of black allium but wants to get a step further to ensure that the final product gets the best savour quality as well as all its health benefits.
The company is looking for a technical cooperation agreement and a manufacturing agreement to benefit from the experience and technology expertise of a Aomori (Japan) black garlic producer, as Aomori is the origin of the black garlic production.
- Type of partner sought: Technical experience and expertise in black garlic production method is sought, transferring specifications on pre-treatment of garlic and reviewing the process with the temperature, humidity and duration applications.
Expertise on the specificities of the equipment needed is sought as well.
