A Spanish company founded in 2007 has large experience in the formulation, elaboration and commercialisation of high quality pâtés and spreads creams of different flavors. They prepare their products from excellent raw materials such as meat, vegetables, milk and sea products, and offer a wide variety of formats including single-dose pods, cans and glass jars. The main advantage of the company’s products is the ability to be kept at room temperature and their long shelf life.
The R&D department of the company is constantly searching for raw materials that can add value to their formulations, and is interested in developing new formulas with functional characteristics, such as immunostimulants, or with certain healthy characteristics, such as high content of proteins, always maintaining the organoleptic characteristics of their products. These new options might allow to target specific markets such as sportsmen and women that consume products rich in proteins as they are beneficial when exercising.
On the other hand, the company is interested in implementing technological improvements in the manufacturing and heat treatment processes. Currently, they sterilize or pasteurize in traditional retorts, but would be interested in saving time and improving productivity.
Therefore, the company is looking for solutions addressed to the formulation development and the manufacturing process. Commercial agreements with technical assistance or technical cooperation agreements with companies specialised in the development of pâté or spreadable cream formulations or specialised in retort and heat treatments technologies are sought.
