A French energy transition cluster and a Spanish energy efficiency cluster intend to apply to the Cluster For Excellence call (a Portuguese and an Austrian clusters have also shown interest). The project aims at enhancing the collaboration, networking and learning of clusters and their members towards specialised business support to SMEs. They are looking for an energy cluster to coordinate and participate in the project. Cluster awarded with Gold label can be a plus.
High quality cluster management and strategic connections between clusters are key elements of world-class clusters successfully assisting companies to access global markets.
Collaboration, networking and learning between clusters contribute to increase their skills and to improve the services they provide to their members.
To this aim, the COSME call “European Cluster Excellence Programme with ClusterXchange scheme connecting ecosystems and cities” (COS-CLUSTER-2020-3-03) has been published, aiming at strengthening inter-regional, sectoral and cross-sectoral collaboration between clusters.
