A Hungarian company producing gourmet smoked products from red deer, wild boar, buffalo and grey cattle seeks partners in the field of manufacturing salami nearby the South-Hungarian border (Croatia, Serbia or Slovenia). It is important, that the future partner owns IFS (International Food Standards) or ISO certificate. The company was established in 2014 in south Hungary.
Since its foundation they focused on the mission to produce the best possible quality red deer, wild boar, grey cattle and water buffalo salamis and bresaolas/hams based on traditional Hungarian recipes. Offering both traditional and unique flavours originally mainly for the Super Yacht and luxury hospitality industry. The wooden engraved unique packaging is reflecting the gastronimical heritage of all products which can not be found in comparable industrial goods.

The production follows all the HACCP principles and the company is on the way to get the IFS certificate.

They use only the best possible quality ingredients from only hunted red deer and wild boar, grey cattle and water buffalo, living in areas of national parks to make sure the meat does not contain any antibiotics or hormones. The production is based on traditional processes and it is carried on in artisanal scale. Following the consumers needs and to follow the “natural” way of producing all the products are gluten free, lactose free many of them contains no, or very low amount of preservatives.

The products are mainly sold to the yachting industry in the Mediterranean countries to gourmet shops and embassies in Belgium, France, England, Poland.

The company's main meat products are the followings:

Building its future on a modern model of growth, the company is now looking for a long term relationship with new Croatian, Serbian and Slovenian manufacturers of salami under subcontracting agreement. The close geographical proximity is a must due to the raw material. The Hungarian company will provide the recipes, the process how to make, and the raw materials: such as meat, spices and the packaging. There will be a subcontracting agreement of the production for the sausages itself. The logistic will be also provided by the Hungarian client.
