A German medium sized company for wood sculpting with a focus on planning, design and production of custom children's playground equipment made of black locust wood is looking for distribution partners in Northern, Southern and Eastern Europe. Partners could be landscape constructors, installation companies or urban planners. The partner is expected to carry out the local business in close consultation with the German SME.
The medium-sized company is located in the South of Brandenburg. They have been planning and producing individual, creative play equipment made of robinia wood since 33 years. Their sales network is very well established in Germany, in Western Europe they work together with long-standing partners and have sales partners worldwide as far as Japan and Australia.
They are currently in the process of stabilising their distribution in Europe and are therefore looking for further distribution partners in Northern, Southern and Eastern Europe.
Their partner companies usually take the customer's wishes, plan the units into the existing areas, and prepare offers and drawings for the clients. The finished units are collected and assembled by the partners themselves.
The SME trains their partner companies either at their factory side or at the partners premises, depending on the requirements.
A close and trusting cooperation is very important to the SME in order to be able to realise the projects satisfactorily.
- Type of partner sought: It is seen as an advantage if the partner sought is a landscape designer or garden landscaper and is capable of both planning and installing the equipment. Nevertheless, the German SME can support with the planning at the beginning and also provide trainings. Creative trading companies working together with installation companies are also welcome as partners.
- Specific area of activity of the partner: The SME is seeking distribution partners in Nothern, Southern and Eastern Europe to take over the handling of business locally.
Partners could be installation companies, landscape constructors or urban planners.
The SME has a catalogue of standard products for public spaces, schools, kindergartens and also inclusive playgrounds. This makes planning easier for the planner. However, the company is also able to develop and produce large, individual installations.
The SME performes as a one-stop-shop: They produce enquiries, drawings and equipment at their own factory and therefore offer a good project process.
The company is ISO 9001 certified, which guarantees controlled quality processes. Of course, all devices are also produced according to DIN EN 1176.
