The company manages 20.000 stores, restaurants and businesses on various international geo-location apps and on multiple local geolocation apps (shopping applications, yellow-pages directories, etc.).

The company sells directly to enterprise accounts (more than 30 locations) in the Belgian, French, Spanish and Portuguese market. It has a reseller program for other international countries and aiming for resellers able to target retail organisations with more than 30 locations. In this reseller program, the company works with digital agencies and resellers willing to represent the company.

The company is looking for acquisition agreement with local partner with deep knowledge of the retail (brick & mortar) sector and good knowledge of the internet. It can be a local agency willing to add value-added services to its portfolio.
