What are Consultations?

In order to involve citizens in the policy making process, the European Commission regularly invites interested parties and stakeholders to contribute to open Public Consultations. Taking part in Consultations helps shape future European policy and at the same time gives people an insight into the sort of issues the EU is looking at and is likely to legislate over in the future.
