Summary

Medium sized company from the Lower Silesia in Poland which manufactures steel constructions for mining industry, power plants and for offshore (subsea exploration). It is now looking for IT system to manage the flow of the materials (resources) in the warehouse and in the production area. The technology should be fully developed.

Full description

The company wants to control the materials (resources) which are used for different orders. This will result in reduction of the cost and time of their production process as well as in more specific identification of the real cost of each order. Currently the company has a problem to identify which material (resource) belongs to a specific order when there are few orders processed at the same time on one machine. Such control of material flow between warehouse and production area is necessary to manage the status of each order.

Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements:
The IT system which a company is looking for should use minimum 10 wireless scanner for barcode / minimum 3 PC station + 6 LCD TV / to full visualization material flow process.
