A German Start-up developed a new IP telecommunication system providing all conventional features as well as valuable intelligent functionalities, monitoring and statistics for systems with up to 10.000 end user devices. The system is highly adaptive to neighbouring applications (generic CTI outbound- and CTI client interface, CRM ...) and matches with most system phone - and mobile (DECT) end user devices. It can be installed also across locations and thus creates a "one-stop-shop" effect to the userīs clients. The system provides a very good sound quality ("HD sound") and allows encoded communication if needed.
