A romanian company has developed a process to obtain very fireproof cement, with high technical performances. The cement obtained has a very high concentration of alumina and it is intended for ceramic industry and for building materials. The product is obtained by grinding a mixture composed by chalk, calcined aluminium, limestone flux, all of them with specific purity and percentage. The result obtained is mixed with water, and pressed at a pression of minimum 500 kg/cm2. The half-finished material is burnt at temperatures od 1580-1650 degrees. The product obtained is grinded again, until the very fireproof cement results.
